Antenatal classes for couples taught mainly in the evenings by NCT-trained teacher who holds a Diploma in Antenatal Education.

Classes are offered in courses of 8 two-hour sessions, to cover: preparation and skills for labour; coping in the early days with a newborn; breastfeeding; babycare and parenting.

The emphasis is on information and choice. Classes take place in a comfortable, homely environment in an accessible North London venue.
