We provide antenatal classes, both for the NCT and privately in groups, postnatal support, a baby planner service, information and resources related to any choices you might want to make for your birth such as waterbirth and homebirth.

Cocoon Antenatal was set up by Mum of three Rachel Harradine to extend the provision of antenatal courses for parents in Lancashire.
I have a Diploma in Higher Education (Antenatal Education) and teach group courses for the NCT.

As Cocoon Antenatal, I offer private antenatal courses for those who would prefer a one-to-one course for yourself and your birth partner.
Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you are planning a homebirth or a caesarean birth, for your first baby or your fourth. My aim is to provide you with the information and confidence you need to help you achieve the birth you want.
Sessions can be arranged at a time and place to suit you, and I am willing to travel within an hour of Clitheroe in Lancashire.
