Offering a series of small, yet professionally managed Antenatal and Postnatal courses, Birth Matters’ friendly and informal style enables mums-to-be and their partners to learn about all aspects of birth. Courses cover pregnancy and personal wellbeing, pain management and relief, what to expect from the birth itself and how to prepare for the early stages of family life.
